TLGT Series Vertical Ring Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separator is a kind of advanced high intensity magnetic separation equipment, which adopts rotary ring vertical rotary and back-flushing concentrate. It is equipped with a high frequency vibration mechanism, which fundamentally solves the worldwide technical problem that the magnetic medium of the flat ring high intensity magnetic separator and the flat ring high gradient magnetic separator is easily blocked. It has the advantages of high enrichment ratio, strong adaptability to fluctuation of feed size, concentration and grade, reliable operation and easy maintenance and operation. The machine has the advantages of high concentrate grade and high recovery for separating weak magnetic ores.

Scope of application:
1. Beneficiation of weak magnetic minerals such as hematite, limonite, siderite, ilmenite, chromite, wolframite, tantalum and niobium.
2. Iron removal and purification of non-metallic ores such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaolin, etc.
3. Others, such as iron dressing of hematite sludge in alumina plant, waste water treatment of iron and steel plant and power plant, recovery of weak magnetic tailings, etc.
