RCGZ series pipeline self-unloading permanent magnet iron remover is a high-performance automatic magnetic separation equipment, which can be widely used in cement, power, ceramics, chemical industry, glass, metallurgy, steel and other industries. Mainly used in cement industry: grinding crude powder after flour selection and fine powder before clinker pre-grinding to remove iron, prevent iron particles from accumulating in grinding, thereby improving the production efficiency of grinder and specific surface area of cement; iron removal before cement filling process can automatically remove iron impurities mixed in cement slurry, discharge, and ensure stable operation of production. Structural characteristics:

1. It consists of three parts: pipeline body, driving device and magnet operating device. The driving device is installed on the wall of the pipeline. The magnet operating device of the magnetic separation chamber in the pipeline body is driven by sprockets and chains. The mixed ferromagnetic material in the pipeline is discharged out of the pipeline through the outlet by the permanent magnet.
2. Turning the shell into a magnetic system enlarges the function process of the magnetic system from the structure. With a unique separating mechanism, the iron impurities can be shared more thoroughly. The Nd-Fe-B magnet with high temperature resistance and strong magnetic force has high magnetic field intensity. The whole machine is connected in series with powder conveying pipeline, flanged connection, easy installation. The iron removal and unloading are automatically completed, and the operation of the equipment does not need special supervision. Permanent magnet as magnetic source, no power consumption, low power slag discharge, low electrode consumption, compact structure, stable and reliable operation.

Working Principle: Connected in series in the material conveying pipeline with an inclination of 45-75 degrees, when the material flows through the iron remover, the ferromagnetic material is adsorbed on the stainless steel pipe wall of the pipe iron remover, and slides towards the outlet direction gradually with the movement of the permanent magnet to realize separation from the material. At the iron outlet, because the permanent magnet moves along the direction of circulation, the ferromagnetic material loses its magnetic attraction and discharges from the iron outlet under the action of gravity, thus realizing the automatic iron removal of materials.
