Applications:

Working principle
The slurry enters the uniform feeding device of the magnetic separator through the feeding pipeline, and is evenly sprinkled on the discharging belt above the magnetic plate after full dispersion. Under the action of gravity, the slurry flows downward along the inclined direction of the magnetic plate. Under the strong magnetic field provided by the magnetic rod, the ferromagnetic substance contained in the slurry is firmly adsorbed on the discharging belt, and the motor rotating device drives the discharging belt along the magnetic field. The plate moves upward in inclined direction, while the adsorbed ferromagnetic substances are brought into the discharging area, washed by the discharging water pipe into the tailings bucket for centralized collection, and the non-magnetic slurry continues to flow downward along the magnetic plate and flows into the concentrate bucket for centralized collection.Technical characteristics
