Product Description
PPC type air box pulse precipitators has four series and 33 specifications. The filter area is 93 m2-4361 m2, and the air handling capacity is 69003/h-314000m3/h. Its structure is simple and compact. It mainly consists of upper body box, ash hopper, box body, air inlet and outlet, filter bag, skeleton, ash cleaning device and controller. The equipment is widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, foundry, chemical industry, tobacco, asphalt, cement, machinery, grain, mechanical processing, boiler and other industries for dust removal and purification of the environment.
Work: Dust enters into the hopper from the air inlet of the dust collector's inlet and outlet bellows through inclined baffles, and the air velocity slows down. Due to inertia, coarse dust particles in the gas fall into the hopper, and fine dust particles go up into the filter chamber with the air flow folding. Dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper clean chamber through the filter bag and collects through the different clean chambers. In the tuyere, the main fan of the dust collection system sucks out and discharges into the atmosphere, thus achieving the purpose of purifying the environment. PPC type pulse bag filter with air box adopts subcompartment for dust removal. When cleaning ash, isolate box by box and take turns. The pulse and ash cleaning cycle of each chamber is automatically and continuously carried out by the ash cleaning program controller according to the pre-set procedure, thus ensuring the effect of the compressed air ash cleaning. The design of the whole box adopts the structure of import and export main pipe. The ash hopper can be extended under the import main pipe, so that the dust-containing smoke entering directly into the expanded ash hopper can achieve the effect of pre-dust removal. Therefore, PPC pulse bag filter can not only deal with general concentration of dusty gas, but also deal with high concentration of dusty gas.
Structure and Working Principle of PPC Type Pulse Bag Precipitator
PPC type pulse bag filter with gas tank is composed of shell, ash hopper, ash removal device, bracket and pulse ash removal system. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first meets the oblique partition in the middle of the air inlet, and the air flow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the air velocity becomes slower. Because of inertia, the coarse dust in the gas falls directly into the dust hopper and plays the role of pre-collection. After entering the air flow of the dust hopper, it turns upward through the filter bag with a metal time frame, and the dust is trapped in the filter bag. On the outer surface, the purified gas enters the cleaning room on the upper part of the filter bag chamber, and collects into the air inlet of the exhaust duct discharging FMQD32 dust collector, which is arranged on the ash bucket. After the air enters the ash bucket, it first touches the baffle at the end of the air inlet tube, which has the same function as the above-mentioned principle. The shell is divided into several separate dust collecting chambers with partitions, and each dust collecting chamber is cleaned alternately according to the given time sound insulation. Each dust collecting chamber is equipped with a lifting valve, which closes when cleaning dust, cuts off the filter airflow through the dust collecting chamber, then opens the pulse valve, sprays high-pressure air into the filter bag to remove the dust on the outside surface of the filter bag. The pulse injection width and cleaning period of each dust chamber are automatically and continuously carried out by a special program controller.

A. The dust collector adopts the technology of chamber stop air pulse injection, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse bag filter and chamber back blow dust collector. It has strong dust removal ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, less steel consumption, less floor area, stable and reliable operation and good economic benefit.
B. Because of the use of subcompartment stop air pulse injection to clean the ash, the purpose of thorough cleaning can be achieved by one injection, so the period of cleaning ash is prolonged, the energy consumption of cleaning ash is reduced, and the consumption of compressed air can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of the filter bag and the pulse valve is also reduced accordingly, thus doubling the service life of the filter bag and the valve disc.
C. Maintenance and replacement of bags can be carried out in separate rooms under the conditions of non-stop fan system and normal operation of the system. The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts an elastic expanding ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel is polygonal, which reduces the friction between the bag and the cage bone, prolongs the service life of the dust bag and facilitates the unloading of the bag.
D. After the skeleton is removed when changing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box body and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operation conditions of changing the bag.
E. The cabinet is designed with air tightness, good sealing property and excellent sealing material for inspection door. Kerosene is used for leak detection in the manufacturing process, and the air leakage rate is very low.
F. The inlet and outlet air ducts are compact, and the airflow resistance is small.
The air box type pulse bag dust collector is an advanced horizontal high efficiency dust collector in the 1990s. It combines the advantages of chamber back-blown and pulse-blown bag dust collectors, overcomes the shortcomings of chamber back-blown dust-cleaning intensity is not enough, and pulse-blown dust-cleaning phase filtration is carried out simultaneously. Therefore, the application scope of bag dust collector is expanded. Because the structure of this type of dust collector has its own characteristics, the efficiency is improved and the service life of the filter bag is prolonged.
This series of products can be widely used in crushing, packaging, warehouse top, clinker cooler and various grinders of cement plants, such as coal mill dust collection, fire and explosion prevention measures to be added, and the structure of dust collector has been changed accordingly. It is also suitable for dust collection of gas with very high dust concentration, such as the grinding system with O-Sep powder washer, whose dust concentration is over 1000G/M3. The cyclone collector can not be set to collect dust at the first level. Besides being used in cement industry, it is also suitable for collecting dust from metallurgical, chemical, mechanical and civil boilers. The material of filter bags of this series of dust collectors is generally made of polyester needle-punched felt, and the allowable temperature is less than 120 C. If the filter bag is made of aramid needle-punched felt, the permissible temperature can reach 210 C. But the filter material of this material is expensive. If the temperature of the treated waste gas is higher than the permissible temperature of the above filter material, cooling measures should be taken before the waste gas enters the dust collector.
