Product Description
RCDB magnetic separator/electro magnet is engineered for use in high volume and deep burden applications. Its primary advantages are their "deep reach" and the ability to be turned on and off.Mounted over conveyor belt.
The magnetic separator is consisting of aluminum wound coils, with its air-cooled mechnism ,can be used in extreme or dusty environments.The magnetic separator usually adjusted by control panel.,Its has to be put in a safe place nearby.Normally,Its Operating heights between 150 mm to 450 mm .
Design:
RCDB magnetic separator must be periodically turned off in order to discharge iron accumulated on the face of the magnet plate. They are suitable for applications where only occasional tramp iron is expected. It can be used to remove magnetic substance weighed between 0.1-30Kg from non-magnetic materials.
Such occations are applicable:
• 1. Purify the materials(e.g., foundry sand, glass cullet, grain, food products and chemicals).
• 2. Protect the subsequent processing equipment(e.g., crushers, pulverizers, conveyor belts and screens).
• 3. Reclaim ferrous or non-ferrous material(e.g., open hearth and blast furnace slag, incinerators and garbage plants).
• 4. Salvage of Valuable Items (e.g., tools, cutter bits and machinery parts).
