MJT-DS series electromagnetic slurry high gradient magnetic separator is a new type of iron removal equipment specially developed by our company for pulp materials. It is a high purity iron removal equipment in mining, refractory, ceramics, glass, chemical industry, quartz and other industries. It can remove ferromagnetic impurities in small particles or powdery non-magnetic raw materials. Its effect has reached the leading level of similar products at home and abroad. With oil-water composite cooling, the magnetic field intensity is as high as 30000GS, the attraction is strong, and the catching force is strong. Not only can the mechanical iron produced in the grinding process of raw materials be basically removed (the iron removal effect is as high as 98%), but also iron oxide (Fe2O3) in the raw ore which is difficult to remove by ordinary permanent magnet iron removal equipment can be removed, and the iron removal effect is excellent.

Scope of application: It can be used to remove iron oxide (Fe203) or other weak magnetic impurities from fine or powdered non-metallic ore feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigment, battery powder and other magnetic materials mixed in the process of processing; remove weak magnetic oxides, debris rust and other pollutants from powdered materials, and widely used in refractories, ceramics, glass, etc. Non-metallic minerals and purified materials in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries; separation of fine-grained mineral particles, such as magnetic fine-grained ferrous hematite, pseudohematite, limonite, siderite, chromite, manganese ore; fine-grained non-ferrous wolframite, fine-grained rare metal monazite, etc.

The main technical features of MJT-DS series electromagnetic slurry iron remover are as follows:

1. High magnetic field, magnetic field up to 15000GS-30000GS, uniform magnetic field distribution, high gradient, iron removal effect is obvious.
2. Fully automatic operation, without manual operation, iron removal is convenient, fast, thorough and no residue.
3. Its magnetic system is characterized by large enclosure angle and multi-poles. The absolute value of magnetic flux density in the sorting area is relatively average, which can give full play to the sorting role of its magnetic system.
4. The 180 degree high temperature electromagnetic wire is 5-10 times more durable than the previous 130 degree electromagnetic wire.
5. Using forced water cooling method, the excitation coil can dissipate heat quickly, the temperature rise is low, and the thermal attenuation of magnetic field is small.
6. The brake valve is made of imported material. The valve body is strong and durable. The switch is smooth and there is no residual slurry overflow after closing.
7. The iron removal is washed by vibration and high pressure water pump, which is thoroughly clean without residue.
8. The magnetic medium network is refined with special materials. After the power supply of the excitation coil is cut off, there is no remanence and it is easy to remove iron.
